Spa Soak is a full service spa located in the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood. We provide a full range of treatments — each personalized to your unique needs using the highest quality essential oils, plant extracts, vitamins, and minerals.

Spa Soak provides a serene and inviting space for bridal parties, birthdays, and special events. 🎉

Located in the vibrant Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood, our peaceful retreat provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and celebration.

Our spacious waiting / lounge room comfortably accommodates over 10 guests, and offers the opportunity to bring in your own snacks and beverages. We are happy to provide stemware, plates, and utensils when needed.

Please note that other guests will be receiving services alongside your event. We kindly ask that groups be mindful of their noise levels & keep voices low. We appreciate your cooperation in preserving a tranquil ambiance for everyone.

Effective June 2024: A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all services within the party. This will be reflected in the final order at checkout, with the flexibility to pay as a group or individually. (Applicable for all events booked during or after June 2024).


How to Book

In order to book groups of 5 or more, we require you to complete our Event Contract and send it to us via email — reservations@spasoakchicago.com.

Please allow 1-3 days business days for follow-up or booking confirmation from an event organizer. Thank you!


FAQ

How far in advance do we need to book?

While there is no strict deadline for booking, we suggest scheduling your event at least 3-4 weeks in advance. This helps ensure we can accommodate your preferred services and start time(s).

Do I need to provide a deposit for booking?

There is no deposit required. However, we do require a credit card on file to secure your reservation for all guests. The card will only be used for late cancellations if necessary.

What is your cancellation policy for events?

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the event at no charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the event will incur a 50% charge for the services canceled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged 100% of the cost for the services cancelled. 

What if I don’t know all of the guests and their intended services yet?

It’s best to wait until you have confirmed the services and guests before submitting your Event Contract. This ensures we can properly staff your event and accommodate all attendees. Guests can always change their services later, as long as our schedule permits and with at least 72 hours notice.

Is there special pricing or packages for parties?

No, we don't have special pricing or pre-set packages for parties. Feel free to create your own custom packages or choose individual services from our extensive menu. You can also select one of our classic or seasonal spa packages.
